Well-trained staff, absolutely superb views of Edinburgh castle, everything is second to none. The rooms are nicely decorated and a nice size, with coffee facilities, a lounge area and nice wooden floor. A nice touch is also the alcoholic beverages in the main bar.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly, making us feel really welcome. They even upgraded our room for our honeymoon and surprised us with complementary champagne. The hotel itself was beautiful and the spa facilities were fantastic. We loved the hydro pool and the changing facilities had everything we needed. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops, attractions, and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Nothing, everything was great.

The location is amazing with beautiful views of the castle. The rooms are high-end with great finishings and a very comfy bed. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel. The staff and service throughout our stay were exceptional, and they were so amazing and friendly. The spa is so relaxing and the hydro pool is just something else. As a family with 2 small kids, we appreciated the pleasant staff who were friendly and helpful, as well as the central location close to major attractions and tram stops.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

The complementary breakfast and bar area were great. The hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings in the city. The bed was comfortable, and the room facilities were satisfactory.
The spa experience was not satisfactory, as I had to pay an additional fee to use the facilities. The cleaning staff needs to improve as the room was not properly cleaned during my stay.

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to key tourist places like the castle. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had excellent amenities, such as conveniently placed sockets for using the hairdryer and a TV hub for connecting our tech. The bathroom was nice, although the layout was a bit odd. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and attending to our needs promptly. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options.
The only downside was the limited availability of the open-air infinity pool during our short stay.
